Whitestone Strategic Advisors, LLC was founded to help organizations move beyond analysis and into action. With experience leading finance, data analytics, and operations across complex, multi-entity environments, we combine strategic perspective with hands-on execution. Our work is rooted in accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Founder & Principal
白石 聖司 | Seiji Shiraishi
Seiji is the Founder & Principal of Whitestone, bringing over 20 years of experience in finance, operations, and organizational leadership across both corporate and nonprofit environments.
He has served in senior finance roles including VP of Finance, Treasurer, and Controller, leading multi-entity and multinational organizations through periods of growth, operational complexity, and financial transformation. His work has focused on strengthening financial reporting, improving cash flow visibility, and aligning operations with strategic goals.
Outside of his professional work, Seiji actively supports national and local nonprofits and enjoys mentoring young musicians. He and his wife also co-founded a nonprofit foundation to help children who face sudden hardships, in honor of Seiji's late wife who passed away from cancer while their children were still very young.
